PTFE BONDED EPDM GASKET

PTFE Bonded EPDM gasket is produced with the quality EPDM rubber and PTFE for maximum chemical and corrosion resistance. The totally bonded rubber and teflon construction is suitable for fiberglass, glass lined and steel full face flanges.  The gasket has concentric convex sealing rings to aid optimum sealing at lower bolt loads;the gasket construction also avoid the typical issues of envelope gaskets, such as lining displacement or inversion during service, and it provides high sealing efficiency at substantially lower assembly loads, making installation easier and more reliable .

Product Features

Reusability

Due to enduing resilience, the gasket can be reused, helping to minimize maintenance costs and downtime.

Superior chemical resistance

The PTFE envelope provides excellent chemical resistance, making the EPDM gasket suitable for aggressive acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive media while ensuring long-term sealing reliability.

superior sealing

Low bolt torque with superior sealing, Especially suitable for installations on non-metallic or damage-prone flanges.

Safety and reliable

Reduced sealing loads and uniform pressure distribution improve operational safety and sealing reliability.

Excellent resistance to aging

UV radiation, and mechanical wear helps minimize maintenance requirements and replacement costs
