PURE PTFE PACKING
Pure ptfe packing is a pure PTFE fiber yarn braided into square cross section and impregnated with PTFE dispersion. High cross-sectional density and structural strength.It is Ideal for valves and low-speed pumps used with highly corrosive chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food products. PTFE packing can be also treated with lubrication, it is economic type.

- Low coefficient of friction,prevents abrasive wear on machinery
- It is clean, non-contaminating and graphite free
- Highly inert, offering outstanding resistance to corrosive solvents, acids, and alkaline substances
- Temperature range: typically −200∘C−200∘C to 300∘C300∘C. Pressure limits: up to approx500 Bar, depending on style and equipment.

Application
Chemicals,solvents, corrosives,gases,strong acid media, liquor,most oxidizers and corrosives.
Particularly recommended for sugar and chocolate processing, and fine paper production.

In coil of 5 or 10kgs, other weight on request. A box each coil, 20kgs per carton.
